Job Description
Responsibilities: To work at least 35 hours per week. Duties include preparing and cooking traditional Chinese Dim Sum dishes, making relevant sauces and filings, help the second Dim Sum chefs in controlling stock and maintaining the high quality of the food. As all the Dim Sum dishes are home made in this restaurant, the successful candidate must have the excellent skills and knowledge of making traditional and modern Dim Sum, preparing and precooking from the raw material, making and cooking all the Dim Sum dishes freshly.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years working experiences, good cooking skills in Chinese dim sum and pastry making is required.
Salary: £15,000 - £17,000 per annum
