Job Description
Responsibilities: To work at least 35 hours per week, to preapare and cook high quality Chinese Dim Sum dishes, food quality and stock control, designing, producing and creating new Dim Sum dishes, to run and manage the Dim Sum Section of the kitchen, supervise kitchen staff within the Dim Sum department. Assist in menu planning in the Dim Sum department. Carry out stock quality check and food quality control. Oversee health and hygiene issues.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years working experience operating at kitchen management level with knowledge in the full range of Chinese Dim Sum and pastry production method and recipes and the application in the context of restaurant kitchen operation, making decision to make adjustment to work routine to accommodate changing staff availablility and flutuation in worklead due to the nature of the business which depend on the customers spending pattern that changes throughout the year.
Salary: £18,000 - £21,000 per annum
