Job Description
Responsibilities: To work at Least 35 hours per week. This job mainly involve in fusion cooking duties, which also includes the management of stock and their selection and purchase. To help the head chef to monitor and keep the production and productivity at optimum level. Must be willing to offer help and advice to juniors when asked. Constant awareness and updating of the rules and refulations, complying the rules within the kitchen team to keep the work environment safe and hygienic, as well as health and safety of customers.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years working experience, knowledge and skills in Asian fusion cuisine cooking, have high awareness in hygiene and food safety issues. Must be able to perform independently with minimum supervision under immense pressure in a busy kitchen environment. Capable to communicate effectively with junior staff during training & the conveying of direction.
Salary: £15,000 - £17,000 per annum
